Elunae began with a simple conviction — that the centrepiece of a celebration should be as extraordinary as the occasion itself.
The Beginning
Elunae draws on luna — the moon — the quiet witness to every great celebration. It is why a golden crescent embraces the cake in our emblem, and why every commission we accept is treated as a once-in-a-lifetime event. Because for someone, it is.
What began as a single-oven passion has grown into a full atelier — yet every tier is still crumb-coated, pleated and gilded by hand, exactly as the first one was.
Philosophy
We bake with single-origin chocolate, real butter, seasonal fruit and Madagascan vanilla. We temper, rest and layer without shortcuts, because flavour is remembered as vividly as beauty.
Then comes the couture stage: sugar florals petal by petal, gold leaf laid by breath, lines piped with a jeweller's patience. Attention to detail is not our finishing touch — it is the whole craft.
